Entrepreneur | Financial Educator | Pension Visionary | Investor | Philanthropist
Hello, my name is Stella Vaz.
With over 13 years of experience in consulting roles—including Accountancy, Organisational Advice, Pension Management, and Financial Education—I have honed my ability to work smart and adapt within financial frameworks. My approach is characterised by commitment, drive, and incisiveness, which allows me to seek and continuously explore avenues for learning and development. Beyond my financial expertise, I excel at maintaining a critical distance from the issues. This perspective enables me to address immediate problems and their underlying causes while anticipating future developments. I creatively apply my business knowledge to planning and control tasks, ensuring comprehensive solutions.
Female solopreneurs face unique financial challenges. The absence of employer sponsored benefits and the responsibility of managing all aspects of their business make financial planning more complex. This is where my expertise becomes invaluable; I assist clients in balancing their immediate (business) needs with long-term financial security and well-being. My empathetic and mentoring conversational style fosters effective connections with clients, allowing me to motivate them and clearly explain complex financial arrangements.
My goal is to support clients preventively, by identifying potential issues early, and correctively, by guiding them through existing financial challenges toward greater self-sufficiency. I am dedicated to assisting and am always ready to leverage my skills and experience to help others achieve their (financial) goals and overall well-being.

5. Use your money to support the life you want to live.
6. Live a life that is authentic to you.
From a young age, I was raised by parents who taught me the importance of helping others, and I have always felt, and I was always passionate about making the world a better place. I have worked as a board member, controller, and project leader of the Overdie Foundation Community Centre for over six years.
In that role, I was responsible for the annual subsidy application for the Social Cultural Work projects. In my role as project leader, I organised a project that was focused on celebrating International Women’s Day.
The goal of the project was to empower and educate each other about the power we all have within us to build a stronger society. During that day we have:
1. Provided a space for women to come together and share their stories.
2. Learned about and celebrate the accomplishments of women both locally and globally.
3. Discussed the challenges that women face and brainstorm ways to address them.

The two most important days in a person's life are the day you are born and the day you find out why you are alive.
